Our Services
Sea Glass Initiative provides a pathway for our clients by providing supportive services including, individualized case management, housing action plans, hot meals, community resource connections, job skills and career development.
Through collaborative community partnerships with nonprofits, social service agencies, churches, stakeholders, and volunteers, Sea Glass Initiative works to provide assistance to those most in need in Baldwin County.

The Sea Glass Initiative is in the early stages of developing a substantial resource center where multiple service agencies and organizations will operate together to provide social services those in need in Baldwin County, Alabama in one location.
Case Management
Through extensive case management, we walk hand in hand with our clients home. We start with an initial assessment where we listen and understand their barriers and needs. Our Case Managers then provide an individualized pathway into sustainable housing by connecting clients to resources.
Community Outreach
Through our community outreach program we organize mobile social service events throughout the county bringing supportive services together in one location for residents in need to have access to services.

Supportive Services
Sea Glass provides a pathway home - We walk alongside our clients as they lay the foundation for a sustainable life. Services include homelessness prevention, utility and rental deposits, gas cards, car repair and child care subsidy. Through case management, Sea Glass is able to support those working towards sustainable housing.
2024 Sucess Story

After 10 months of living in a car, he is housed. We have been working towards housing since September and we’re able to work to get him here by providing supportive services and through community partnerships.
